Driving rhythms make this piece exciting from beginning to end! Repeated patterns help facilitate a comfortable learning process. Performers will encounter reoccurring accidentals, tricky rhythms, and rapid hand crossings. The use of ties across beats and bar lines is often challenging for students who have difficulties with more complex rhythms. Careful observation of dynamics and occasional accents help bring It’s Summer to a high level of performance.
