Konrad Kunz

Konrad Kunz

Dissonances abound in this piece, creating a unique sound. Kunz writes in the key of B-flat minor and uses many A naturals, acting as the leading tone. Carefully placed accent markings are essential for creating the needed off-beat character. Students should strive for a strong legato touch in the sections with slurs.
