Konrad Kunz

Bright and cheery, this canon is in the uncommon time signature of 9/8. The key signature is also unique; it has six sharps, adding an extra challenge for young pianists. The dotted rhythms interspersed with eighth notes need to be extremely accurate. Students should also pay attention to the articulation and accent markings since they add a lot to the happy character.
