Konrad Kunz, Op. 14, No. 146

This canon has a quirky character because of the unusual accidentals dispersed throughout. Students will have to be careful of the frequent chromatic passages. Eighth notes make up the majority of the rhythmic values, and they need to be extremely steady and even. Additionally, Kunz uses many accent markings, some of which can be surprising. Since they create syncopations, they are quite important to bring out.
