Martin Kutnowski, Stubborn and Cranky

Martin-kutnowski

Martín Kutnowski

A persistent and obstinate chromatic figuration gives this piece its cantankerous feel. The numerous accidentals also add to the quirkiness and also increase the difficulty for young pianists. The left hand has the melody and needs to be legato throughout. Students should make the dynamics effective, especially at the end.
