Floating gently with great delicacy, Elegant sounds just as its name implies. It is reminiscent of a tender waltz, with the melody soaring above the pulse of the accompaniment. The entire piece repeats and is followed by a short coda at the end. Students that like smooth, effortless playing will enjoy this short work. Some pedal markings are given, but more advanced students may want to explore adding more.
