Students will love emulating the beauty of Northern Lights through sound. To depict these glorious light shows, Cooper uses a lot of twinkly broken chords and arpeggiations. Following the indicated pedal markings is also crucial for creating a special mood. Since the entire piece consists of white keys, pianists may have an easier time learning the notes. This will allow them to quickly focus on more expressive musical elements of the piece.
